I have purchased Bed from Evok, Ludhiana on 24.08.2021 for Rs. 57500/- & made the full payment on the same day. After 5 days I had received the same at my home. At the time of bed fitting, I had informed the delivery boy that the electric lighting fixed on the bed is not working & he assured that the problem will be fixed on next day. I am regularly calling EVOK, Ludhiana at Cell no. [protected] & frustrated by the fake commitments. No body is coming to my home to resolve the issue. Also, one puffy set was assured as part of bed set. But I have not received the same along with Bed. I am feeling as if i have made mistake by making full payment before taking the delivery of the bed in proper condition. Kindly look into the matter & take necessary action immediately.
