Product: New York Dinning Set 1 Table+ 1 Bench and 4 Chairs
Delivered: 20 Oct, 2014 (Table and Bench was damaged). Raised request for replacement on: 29 Oct, 2014 (delay because i was told Diwali holiday and staff can not do anything so had to do on 29th Oct).
No action till 31 Jan 2015 even after more than 25 calls to Bellandur, Bangalore evok manager, service person, etc. I came to know later after literally forcing manager to show my complaint number that old complaint number assigned to this replacement request was closed without my knowledge or any communication. Though, i used to hear that
"next week"- "next week" phrase over the phone before this request closure surprise !!! Without looking at the complaint status on their system, they just fool customer with "next week" phrase.
Again complaint number was generated: MJ4843.. On 21 Feb, 2015, Table and Bench are picked up from my place with a promise of getting replacement with-in a week. Its 4 March, 2015 and i get nothing. Service person handling this complaint is not bothered to pick up my phone or give any updates. Not getting any response.
Did i do mistake of purchasing something from Evok? Is this how to serve (i doubt even there is such a mindset at all) your customer? So many questions come to my mind at this point of time. Was this information helpful? |
