[Resolved] Evok — Evok Customer Care is nothing but 'FRAUD'

I am really disgusted with Evok customer care. They call themselves a brad but even a local vendor provides a better service than them. First - I do not even think they have something called as customer care. They just have 1 person whose name is 'Ravi' ansering all the phone calls. Otherwise what is the probablity you get to speak to the same person every time you called (and I called at least 10 times). At times I have been on line for 45 mins waiting to speak to the representative and finally had to disconnect coz obviously I don't have whole day for this.
I logged a complaint 2 weeks back, spoke to Mr. Ravi at least 5-6 times, he escalated the issue to his senior Mr. Moolchand. He promised with full confidence that the issue will be resolved the same day. Once again - nothing happened. He also provided me with a phone number and contact detail for the NCR head - Mr. Uday. With confidence he mentioned - 'don't think you'd need to call since we'd have resolved the issue by today but you can still have the number, just in case'.
Nothing happened and the next day with frustration I decided to call this Mr. Uday. To add to my frustration - his phone was switched off. I tried whole day and it never was on.
Here I am today after 2 weeks and 100 calls - issue still exists and no one seems to care. I will never ever go back to store again and buy any furniture. I also want to warn people out there - be careful if you are purchasing anything from them. They will give you big words such as 'warranty' and 'prompt customer care' - but this is all a fraud.
If at all the customer care service really exists - I would suggest they close it off as they are wasting their money on people who do not care to work. They will at least be able to make some profit firing all these 'USELESS' employees.
At the moment I do feel like going to police and filing a complaint of harassment and waste of my time!!!
