We purchased one queen size bed from EVOK online in August 2022. We paid 100% payment via internet banking. The delivery and assembly took a month of follow up. Finally, their delivery person said that the bed is defective and can't be assembled. After multiple follow ups finally they picked up the bed from my location in October 2022.
It's been 3 months since I am following up to get my money back. I have made lot of calls to their call center, and they keep bringing new challenges they have been facing with their portals and processes.
Finally, we could manage to get an email from them in November 2022 stating that we will get our refund in max 10 days. So far money has not been refunded.
When I called them again this morning. They said they are unable to refund from portal and need a blank cheque from us. So unprofessional. Which seller asks for a blank cheque from customer, that too for getting the refund.
Consumer team, we need your intervention and support here as we have been struggling from last 4 months.
