I purchased an expensive wooden dining table from evok faridabad store on 14th march 2020. Order no.[protected]. The table delivered had various problems s. A. Mismatch of 2 legs, some scratches on the table top, which the delivery person acknowledged and agreed that the table shall be replaced. Delivery manager too agreed, upon sending the images through mail and told us that it will be replaced within 10 days.
Just after that lockdown happened and everything got closed. We understand that it was not possible to get a replacement during this time. However, since lockdown has uplifted, we have been contacting the executives and delivery manager multiple times. Everytime we call, we have to explain the whole thing again and again and they say we will check and do not respond for days. Today again i called and explained he said that thoda bohot fark to hota hi hai delivered product me.
This is the kind of cheap retailer reaction we get from buying from such a big brand. I am extremely dissapointed with evok customer service. This has happened second time and i will never recommend anyone to buy from this brand. When we pay such a huge amount we expect a good after sales service which i failed to see with this brand.
I would request evok higher management to resolve my problem at earliest and save their reputation and my time.
