I ordered two recliners; three seater and a one seater. I placed the order on 30th may 2020 and was charged on the same day. We were given commitments of delivery in 8 days. Till today we are waiting for the order and we got to know that it is still not shipped. When we call the person named rakesh kumar, he does not answer our calls. On 13th june, he again committed that our order will be shipped on 14th june 2020 and we will get our awb#. However, the order is still not shipped and no one is answering our call from evok. We have emailed them but have not received any response. Total bill value is rs.49, 600. We feel cheated. The order # 10797983
