I had raised a request over email for repair/exchange of Recliner cover two and half months back.
I didn't get any response from Evok for the first month. Then i called customer care 3 times and each time the response from customercare person was i will get a call from concerned person within 72 hours which never happened and now it's two and half months and i have got no call for repair. I have even sent multiple mails to their customercare but have got no resolution to my problem yet.
I have even tweeted to Evok for same issue but it seems the Evok team is least bothered about customer service issues after selling the product.
Moreover when i had emailed Evok for repair my product was within warranty but now even the warranty of the product is over
Request consumer complaint team to get me a resolution to this issue and to please ensure that my product is repaired as per warranty norms Was this information helpful? |
