I have ordered side table from online EVOK portal INR 8990/ and payment was done through Paytm. Payment transition is [protected] . in online it was showing that product will be delivered by 18th May . But it was not delivered.
I call EVOK customer care( Mrs Jyoti Bisht, Mr Manish and Mr Himanshu ), they told that they lodged the complained and simultaneously I have sent mail to his 1st level of escalation ([protected]@evok.in) as mention in customer care portal . But no response from both of side .
I again called EVOK customer care as well as escalate the matter in 2nd level of escalation ([protected]@evok.in), but again no response from both side.
I continuously following up with customer care (( Mrs Jyoti Bisht, Mr Manish and Mr Himanshu ) ) and 3rd level of escalation ([protected]@evok.in), but this was very surprise that neither proper response nor problem rectified after 26days .
Finally I have contacted Mr. Naveen ( Warehouse manager ) and request him for resolution the long pending issue he promised and delivered the product on dated 8th June, After coming the service engineer it was noticed that product was wrongly delivered and this problem is unresolved and I have received lots of false commitment from customer care.
This is very surprise that such type of Renewed organization are handling the customer in this way and required customer are begging for his product like this.
Definitely it will reduce the trust level on EVOK .
Hope it will be improved and in future other customer should not suffer such type of incident. Was this information helpful? |
