[Resolved]  Evok — Kitchen not yet delivered

I have ordered the kitchen from Evok which was promised to be delivered on 03rd Oct but the same was delivered on 02nd Oct itself. The ordeal started next as the complete kitchen was not delivered along with the Microwave. It more than a month today but my kitchen is still uncomplete and the worst part is that noone picks up the phone and there is no assurance when my kitchen would be complete, after paying INR 2, 20, 000 this is the worst service one can except. The person in the store Kanika, the supervisor Ghanshyam and the Sunil and the most unresponsive person they have comitted several dates but all their [promises have falledn flat. I urge the senior management to urgently look into the matter and find a solution and none of the staff are attending my calls and my kitchen is in complete disarray for the last one month.
