I purchased a malta 6 door wardrobe on june 18, 2017. Then we noticed that one the doors wasn't working properly. So i registered a complaint on 6 september 2017 and the visit was done. After that one or the other door of all the 6 doors started working improperly and the visits were taken place. On 22 july 2019 visit, the carpenter told me that the wardrobe needed some attachment and i would have to pay for it. I agreed to this note. But after that visit i kept on calling but there wasn't any visit. Only the last 3 reminders are available in the records i. E. 6 august 2019, 8 august 2019 & 13 august 2019. Instead of sending these many reminders, there wasn't any visit done. I even called mr. Naresh & mr. Bhanu personally. But now mr. Bhanu doesn't pick up the call at all. Mr. Naresh misbehave and moreover lies that the visit is completed.
