I had purchased a study table on the 26th of july 2020 which was delivered to me on the 14th of august 2020. Called the the installation engineer and he came on the 18th of aug. When he was half way through he realised that some part is missing and he will have to repack the table and the product will be replaced. After that he never answered my call nor any info about when i will receive the exchanged product. I wrote a mail regadding the same to service but no reply. I called at the service desk and each time they would give me a number where the person said he would look into it and next time it was forgotten. I even wrote a mail to the service head and business head but no reply till date. I am very disappointed with the way the company is handling their clients.
Till date the table is lying outside my house repacked and no reply from the company’s side as to what is to be done. How can you send a product without checking on all the parts. They are shipped from a long distance. You cannot make your customer wait for so many days after purchase of product. You have got your money so you are least concerned after that. I have been repeatedly following up with evok and no one seems to be responding. Kindly get this issue resolved.
