Evok — Modular kitchen not designed as requested

I have placed an order for modular kitchen and the complete kitchen is designed as per the staffs recomendation the only thing i requested was for a big double bowl sink and this request was made initialy on the very first day and numerous times repeated. I had aslo selected one sink from their catalog and showed them after that i paid the half amount in advance n booked the kitchen, the kichen was ready before time and was ready for delivery but as the flooring was still going on at my home so asked them to delay the delivery till the initialy agreed time, all of a sudden i was infomed by evoke that the sink is very small and i have searched the comple market and is unable to get a double bowl sink of that size as it is very small and this size sink is only available with evoke and no were else now i am being forced to buy this smal sink from evoke which is very expensive as well i am extreamly disappointed, i have made request to increase tje sink size to atleat 40 inches but no body is listning, pls pls pls change the sink size to 40 inches i can not go with tjis 33 inches sink it is too small for double bowl sink.

I bought the sofa cumbed from your store on 30th June ... Lucknow the couch is suppressed by one side ... and is very discomfort...woods or iron pinch to body
Plz change this item...i don't want to see this...im very disappointed...right now i face this problem...some days gone to bought...
Please consider it...hurry to solve this problem.

As per terms of warranty, our store team had already offered repair and since it was fairly new replacement of the entire piece was also offered for the same. It is common for customers to change mind after product gets delivered at site and therefore we are unable to offer any other product after usage.
