1. I am in the defence forces serving in far north east and have settled my family in Bangalore.I begin by saying that in the competitive market I bought the following furniture( sales order no.1024-821+ from Evoks mega store, kalyan Nagar, bangalore in sep 15, only because of brand Hindware..
a. 02x two seater monet sofa set
b. 02x berlin queen size beds
c. 01 x Eastern six seater dining set
2. For all the initial complaints no. MJ 21913, there was lukewarm response despite the initial assurance of lifelong service support by the asst store manager mr. manjunath.
3.Now within six months o[censored]sage ( march 16 my family moved to bangalore from hyderabad ) the sofa foam/ sponge / cushions have cracked and sunk in/ collapsed. All phone calls to your complaint cell ( complaint no.MJ24212)
have proved futile.
4. It is requested that the same be repaired / replaced on PRIORITY to help get arepeat order and word of mouth publicity.
5. Your intervention is solicited in order to find a resolve.
