I placed an order for a "reston easy chair blue" on 31-jul-20. Order# 11678221. Before placing the order, i called them up to inquire and they said that the order will be delivered on 7 days. It has been 15 days and neither are they responding to my emails, nor are they responding to the facebook post complaints. The standard answer i get when i call them is that the supervisor/manager is unavailable and that they have "escalated" the issue. 16 days have passed since i placed and paid for the order and there no update on its shipment or delivery.
