Its with tough task I was able to get product for the order is 14321413 after 1 month of struggle which is fusion leatheratte 3 seater sofa on 01.02.2021.I have escalated the issue till your ceo level..on the same day I have requested for assembly of the product and customer executive has informed that technician will contact within 48 hours.today being 48th hour nobody has approached for assembly of the product..When I am contacting customer executive they are informing due to technical issue they are not able to assign carpenter..What's is this type of customer service..this is how you are dealing your customer's..they can't assure about assembly date too. There is no dedication and no assurance for service and customer satisfaction. I will never refer evok for any of my relatives or friends..I cannot wait further and I want to reslove the issue within another 2 days otherwise i will be forced to log complaint in consumer court as well as sent legal notice to your firm..please note to take action appropriately.
