I have mistakenly ordered a chair instead of dining table... My husband was regular customer to hindware ... He suggested to buy furniture in this site... So instead of dining table I ordered a single chair by mistake... I wrote to evok care about this issue and asked for cancellation and refund ... I ordered the product on July 13th... On that day only I wrote to evok to cancel my order... Nw it's been 20 days.. they are still saying just wait for few days.. I didn't expect this from evok.. pathetic customer care... I decided to file a case against evok in consumer court and writing this as last excuse . Hope u will help
