There has been no update since the time I bought a recliner on Evok's website. Firstly they broke my trust because before purchase they stated a delivery time of 10-12 days. Upon payment & booking confirmation, they said delivery in 25 days. That itself is unreasonable because I ordered it with the intention of getting it in 10-12 days.
Second, none of their contact numbers work, they don't respond to emails, whatsapp or enquiry form. Really terrible. Not sure what to do now. Was this information helpful? |
