I have placed an order for Tyler Leatherette Recliner for Rs. 23990 on 04/04/2022 as per Order ID no. 23200521 .
It was supplied to Kerala after many phone calls and now the item was damaged as its left hand side portion separated from body and cannot be used . I have requested for service many times from August 2022 onwards and sent a mail to them on 13/09/2022 and Service request number MJ 81230 was registered. But no response even after calling customer care . At last, on 20/09/22, , they sent one technician to repair it but he reported that it could not repair since the damage is so serious and on 15/10/2022 they sent a mail that it would be REPLACED WITHIN 15V -18 DAYS OR BEFORE OCTOBER . But no response thereafter and from that day onwards, I am calling customer care and they tell lies now that another technician will come.
Since, thet cannot repair it, you may please order them to replace the item by sending a new recliner to my address and reverse pick up the damaged item from my home or refund my full amount of Rs. 23990/-
