Evok — recurrent problem of screw loose in dressing table

sir we purchased a dressing table from your ludhiana retail outlet on 2/11/14 product id 100980/13-14/0000829 but i am sorry to say that it is a not of a solid quality as the screws of the drawers gets loose so often and we face problem in opening and closing the drawers. on contacting ludhiana showroom, we are told that we need to pay a visiting fee of rs 500 but no damage has been caused to the item by us only because of its low quality that its screws gets loose. we didn't expect such inconvenience with regard to the purchased item as well as the service on your part. you are requested to repair the item free of cost. thanks Rajiv Mittal [protected]
