Hello Evok Team,
In the backdrop of my prolonged agony and discontentment with Evok, I am really in need for response on below issue and I hope you will understand the gravity of situation before replying; I am reiterating this whole matter for everyone's better understanding:
I have purchased 3+2 Seater Sofa (for Rs. 53592/-) from EVOK Gurgaon on 29 July 2014 with Sales Order No: 1003SO/14-15/000901(Sales Invoice: 2015RI/14-15/01901)
Its delivery date was 5 Sep 2014, However It was delivered in mid-October 2014 due to unavailability of product.
We immediately reported the Sofa Size mismatch issue to Evok Gurgaon and requested to take it back.
After following up with Evok Customer care and making 17 visits to EVOK Gurgaon for 4 continous months, I realized that I have done something terribly wrong in believing in Evok and buying a product from it.
When I asked to return the product, Evok customer care simply replied to me that this case is 3 months old and we can’t consider it.
Even though, Sofa was delivered 1.5 Months late to me and I reported the issue on 1st day I got Sofa ; But In the end I am getting a response that this case is old.
Anyhow, through endless efforts and visiting EVOK store 17 times in 4 months, EVOK has finally understood fractional part of the situation and picked up the Sofa.
Although Sofa was reverse picked, Due to delay in processing of credit note by EVOK, I don’t have anything to buy from EVOK store now.
I have already communicated to EVOK Gurgaon Manager in December'2014 that If EVOK will not approve my credit note by mid - January 2015, I would have to purchase my furniture from somewhere else. But in opposite to my expectations, Credit note was not approved till January and I had to purchase furniture from somewhere else.
If EVOK would have done the credit note processing a bit faster, I could have done an exchange from EVOK store itself.
I am trying to figure out a solution and co-operating with EVOK from past 6 months and it’s turning out to be a endless journey and fruitless effort. This is not what a Customer could ever look up to.
Now the Situation is : Sofa has been taken back by Evok ; Despite of multiple follow ups, Due to delay in credit note processing I have already purchased required furniture .
Now I don’t have any option left for me except to get refund of my money
