We visited your store in sector x noida (Shimmer sajavat retail llp) yesterday, 15th of september 2020, zeroed down on a dining table set and a mr. Dharmendra poddar gave us an offer where we gave a counter offer.
Mr. Dharmendra poddar called us later in the afternoon and also expressed acceptance of our offer. We did get a copy of the order (Order number 186) from him on whatsapp and he sent us the banking details to send the money, that we obliged and sent the payment within 1 hour through our bank.
Later he called us and started with that this offer is not accepted, when i mentioned that we did the entire exercise and he generated an order and we created a beneficiary in our banking and sent the payment. He started by saying there are delivery issues etc. When we emphasized that this is against business ethics, he refused to listen and we later noticed that the offer letter is deleted from the whatsapp.
We have invested time in this process and it’s a clear breach of trust by your organization to not honor an offer extended after taking enough time and getting the customer involved including getting the payment in the process.
We request you to kindly look at this on priority and get our furniture delivered without delay.
