I had raised a complaint on 8th sept for sofa having issues with deformation, spring and suppressed cushions. It was really a bad experience talking to your customer care executives on field.
I had contacted mr. Srikanth for scheduling technician visit. Scheduled technician visited me on 15th sept 2019, checked the state of sofa and took some photographs of the same. I was told to be contacted by team in 48 hours for next steps. I had not received any call then i called your technician and asked for status. I was again told to wait for couple of day and it went for next 3-4 calls. Finally i got irritated and again called mr. Srikanth but he was also not having any idea about my issue and told me that he will call back.
With some hope i called technician and asked for update then he said that someone from main branch will contact me and sofa has to be replaced.
Then i physically visited your store in marathalli bengaluru and contacted store manager mr. Dilip and explained him about my issue. He again contacted mr. Srikanth and again assured that by friday 4th oct issue will be resolved. He will schedule another technician to visit. Why technician has to visit again and again?
I called mr. Srikanth today 5th october and he said that he is no more responsible for my issue.
Since your customer service contact loop is endless and i don't have much patience to deal with you guys any more. If my issue doesn't get rectified by 11th october. I will go ahead and file a legal complaint of fraud.
I have tried my best to fix it among ourselves but seems you guys have no sense of customer care after sales services.
