I have ordered bearing 9993891 dated 27th feb. For rio brown rhs sectional sofa. But evoke company has delivered the wrong product and low quality product in the month of march 2020.
We requested them to cancel my order on 24th march. 2020 and to refund my money as delivered the low and substandard quality product. From the march 2020 till now they did not respond, i sent many emails, called to customer care. But till now they did not respond. They are mischief the customer in the name of hindware.
