Evok — they didn't shipped my product yet, its been 24th day since i booked

I booked chimney from evok through their website on june 1st but till now my product has not been shipped and i also didn't get any update from them. I am scared whether i will receive my product! Please look into my order details and do the needful asap. Thanks!
