Order number[protected] defective item received!! Order placed on 29th May 2020! More than 30 calls to customer care and at least 20 emails till date! Absolutely ridiculous customer service. No help no proper resolution. They just don’t care about the customers I have had such a pathetic online shopping experience!! I’m seeking refund of my money since 50 days???? Till date no response or resolution?! Can someone please help???? I usually never use social media to express my anger and frustration!! Evok made me do so for the 1st time
