We bought a two seater recliner in august 2018 from their show room at shipra mall ghaziabad. The left seat broke within a months time. Since we were going to be out of country for sometime we booked the complaint as soon as we reached here on feb. 2nd. 2019. Their technicians came and took the pictures but after that there is no response in spite of repeated calls.
