[Resolved] Evok — unable to repair product and delaying on promised service

I placed a complaint about defect in sofa around a month back which i purchased through evok three months ago. The carpenter came to inspect the product and got my complaint confirmed for tomorrow 27th jan 2019 to get repaired. I just got a call from him saying it cannot be done tomorrow as he got an order to go somewhere else.
Is this how evok treat their customers and break their promises. I am already quiet disappointed in their product quality and now the service. Would never recommend someone to buy anything from evok and rather consult some carpenter.
