We went to your shop today, really got demotivated by such a worst service. We went and we're looking at the products over there, suddenly an item a statue of Buddha was kept there, whose cap felt from my hands as a sleep of hand. It can happen from any customers. We were ready to pay, as they said now you have to pay for this whole, we requested for discount as the it was useless without cap, also we ask if they could replace WID any other thing as a cover, they started behaving rude. Meanwhile the store manager name Upendra Manjhi (emp.ID -ER01487), of Ghaziabad unit Shipra mall came and started saying you have to pay the whole money any replacement or discount cannot be done, said us rudely, without even trying or consulting with any senior. We said okay give bill against it, he provided manual bill, which was not proper system generated invoice. They said we giving you 4% in manual bill and in system generated you will get 3% discount, it was really fraud thing they were doing, then also we said we want proper system generated invoice. So they started making invoice in desktop, which was been done by 3employee and one manager, total 4person was preparing bill in desktop. Moreover they were not having the product code also, manager was calling different units to know the product code. This was really so unprofessional. No company works like that. Also it took 1hr. Meanwhile we asked no of senior s but manager was not providing, after saying it several times, final he sent no of Mr Gaurav Sodhi, Area sales manager, we spoke to him, he also said the same. Both were laughing and talking Dekho na samjha rha sir ko nhi samajh rahe. Now finally he provided the bill which was system generated, we said to sign and stamped. But after checking it we found it was not a invoice, it was a Sales Order. My God how this company works, so pathic and worst. They don't have customer support to talk to. Nobody receives call. So unprofessional Evoke in Shipra Mall is. At the same time one more client also stated complaining that we purchased sofa, which had scratches all over. Evoke should know how to behave and do marketing.
