I am writing this complaint to address my concerns regarding the job-seeking services I have availed from Exalt Consultancy.
On June 26, 2023, I registered for their services by paying the registration fee. Subsequently, on July 3, 2023, I received an email confirming my registration in their database. I was requested for a Digital Marketing Work-from-Home job. Over the past three months, Exalt has scheduled three interviews, all for Digital Marketing roles. I consistently responded to emails seeking confirmation regarding whether these positions were work-from-home opportunities or not. However, I have not received any responses from the Placement Team.
In light of the lack of communication and uncertainty surrounding the positions offered, I have decided that I no longer wish to continue with Exalt Consultancy's Job Seeking Services. Consequently, I request a refund of the registration fee I paid. I have sent many emails asking for the interview details and filled out their refund form upon request. However, they have now rejected my claim for the refund of introductory fees. Can you help me to claim my refund?
