[Resolved]  Exalt Consulting Placement Services [ECPS] — Ridiculous horrible consultancy not processing refund

I have managed to secure a job on my own and I have raised the filed form for refund. Once I raised for refund, there is immediately a chain of emails with several senseless points.
There was no coordination nor call nothing ever since I paid for the service. I got a call after registering asking to pay and register which is ridiculous without even knowing that I have already paid. Such a money minded company.

I have got some emails from this consultancy that my profile has been shared to big companies and those companies will contact me for job profile but there is no real proof that they have sent my profile to those companies which they call it as introducing nor I got any emails directly from the companies. They directly give some emails for scheduling interviews with title as "Finance" but no job description, no coordination, nor bothered if I went for the interview or not.
I am sure they will give some nonsense reason for not refunding the amount. It would be great if I get a refund as this is a ridiculous consultancy I have come accross ever.
