Hi I bought exide UPS battery during 27 Jun 2019 (for INR 16000) exide 12v/150 AH tall tubular battery from SS tekhnologys velacheryand it has a warranty period of 5 years and recently the battery is not giving back ups. We bought a new car battery from Exide dealer and it was dead and twice it was charged by the dealer and there was of no use and he opened a case 4970949 for replacing with new battery whereas we are not getting enough response from Exide and the battery was given back to the dealer and kept car aside for almost 1.5 month and request your help to escalate this case to next level as there was not enough response from...

We had bought inverter setup in sept 2020 from an authorized Exide batteries dealer in Belgaum, Karnataka- 590016.

Company has replaced the battery in warranty period and again the new battery whichbwas replaced has stopped working because of weak cell issue with in 6-7 months span.

I am having honda bike in which an exide battery is being installed but due to some fault in battery it was not working properly and i went for replacement and it's been more than a month and supplier says that ther are not receiving battery of same model.

After experiencing this kind of service from exide was not expected.

Kindly request to resolve this at the earliest....

I have purchased bike battery xltz4-a vide battery no 7h13-m7h1m937905 from paradise batteries 261 hakim tola nagar palika road unnao.

I wet to the dealer he charged the battery but one day it worked next day it again discharged bike cannot be start by self. So i request you to kindly replace the battery immediately.

Exide battery technician Israel came to address the complaint for IT-500 battery on 17th Nov 2021 to my residence and informed the battery needs to be tested in exides Service center and taken my inverter battery along with him.He has informed I will get my battery or a new battery on 20th Nov 2021.
