Exide Industries — Complaint for service adviser mr chandarpal

Dear Exide Team,

Good morning to everyone. I inform you that I have an exide battery and its purchased before 1 year but its not giving backup and problems are coming.

Yesterday i have registered the complaint . and some one called me and his name mr chandarpal and he told me tomorrow i will come.

today morning i called him and he said i will come on monday and cut my phone.

now is going on summer time & with out light we are facing many problems.

its not good for exide company and please i request to my all seniors and look in to the matter and Give the solution as soon as possible.🙏
