Exide Industries — Complaint regarding battery problem Serial number M7A1M263959 7A15

Dear Sir/Madam
We wish to inform that I have submitted exide bike battery for replacement under warranty period in Durgapur West Bengal and it has been passed more than 4 weeks but still did not get my battery.. Sir we are 5-6 member using only exide battery in car, bike, scooty, even in inverter also since last 10-15 years and we believe only in this brand but this time exide company irritating by their service. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.. Hope you will listen my voice..
