Had purchased the water-based Exide battery and Exide inverter for my home last year in November2020 but it got discharged frequently. It was even charged several times but the battery couldn't give any backup. We had taken this concern immediately to the authorised dealer of EXIDE namely zahoor ahmad having contact no.; [protected] &[protected] he charged up the battery and returned it reporting that there is no fault in the battery.
Now in November of 2021 same problem occurred again with the battery because there was less usage of battery and inverter during summer season as supply of electricity remains continuous. He charged up the battery again and within 4 days the battery stopped working again and now we are using candles during the power cut. Then we again informed the dealer and customer executive of EXIDE as this was the fourth time we are facing this issue.They send there technician and the technician reported that this problem occurs because of inverter, as your inverter and battery both are defective and he changed the charging plate, we checked for about 7 days but that problem was occurred again, we informed Mr.zahoor about this matter and called your customer executive but we didnt got any positive response from both the parties . Now we have handed over the battery and inverter to the authorised dealer as we have suffered a lot. Moreover We want replacement of both the products as they are within the warranty period .Please resolve this issue as soon as possible instead of dragging this matter.Because we have a long relation with exide we really trust the name. and please don't make us to take any legal action against your company and the dealer as we got really pissed off from there services.
