I have purchased a battery for Activa 125cc model 2 wheeler from Exide authorised dealer on[protected]
which is 2 year warranty period which is eligible for warranty till[protected], I got batter issue on[protected], next day being last day for waranty period I have contact EXIDE customer care and taken the purchased bill with waranty card given at the time of purchase. 2 issues
First thing : Exide authorised dealer denied for taking it to waranty even when I reached very morning at the time of their office open time. They denied for some reasons telling that their service dealer will come late to check and prolonged for no reason and finally they told a very irresponsible answer that calculation will be till[protected] as cut off and not last day, last day will of warnty period they will not conisder which was shocking and I called customer care, they have not responded in correct way and not answering on the waranty claim issue and instead they provide another dealer number, when I forced customer care spoke to dealer and dealer still denied for no proper reason, we have spoke to Karthi, Babu Ganesan service area manager of coimbatore
They also told same story and tried to deny and I dint get strong support from customer call center also
Later when bill was checked it was found to be fake.
That is when it was registered for warranty it was found that purchase date of battery as per the serial number M7G2A412697 it was found that purchase date was 02-march-2020 but my bill they have stated as[protected] which itself a fraud, bill mentioned they are authorised dealer of EXIDE in the name of
SK BATTERIES, 15/1B SIRUVANI ROAD, PERUR COIMBATORE 641010 Which when enquired they told they are town hall area of coimbatore, this dealer when enquired on fake bill have not answered again and still not responding well and have asked to complaint legally if required and they will not answer on this fake bill.
I have paid INR 1150 for this bill attached
Now today[protected] from morning they have made more embrassing and hurt a lot in their behaviour in total all EXIDE company people and now I purchased again a new battery since my vehicle is in trouble without battery
I need proper revert response from company compensating for my half day issues I faced due to this people
Old battery bill actually I puchased for INR 1150, but in records it is showing as replaced battery which is sold to me as new battery for full amount being INR 1150
EXIDE AREA MANAGER KARTHI have confirmed me that this bill is fake and need to enquire with concerned dealer, but no response, I have lost my money and waranty amount old one INR 1150
New battery purchased voluntarly INR 1200 due to old fake bill was given to be and they have committed fraud.
Need your support to take proper action on
