Exide Industries — exide battery replacement

Address: DARPAN FLAT NO 7 I55 BRIJI WEST ROAD, GARIA

Had purchased Excide Care Battery of 12 Volts ( Invoice & Warrenty card attached) on 27th Dec'2019 but the said Battery is not functioning properly, intimated to authorized dealer for replacement but there is no response from dealer end to resole the same.

Kindly look into the same and suggest for replacement at your earliest,
