I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Exide regarding the replacement of a defective battery that was installed in my Nissan Micra vehicle (Battery Sr. No. A4D1A002808) on 24/6/2021. I got it installed by EVM Nissan Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala and battery came with a warranty provided by Exide.
Unfortunately, the battery has been experiencing problems faced with not holding charge and unable to start the vehicle, despite being well within the warranty period.
I kindly request that Exide take immediate action to rectify this matter by facilitating the replacement of the defective battery at the earliest convenience to EVM Nissan Kalamassery. The Nissan Dealer already wrote to Exide Industries Cochin on 15/02/2024 and when contacted they are still waiting for reply from Exide. I need my car urgently for my use. I trust that your company values customer satisfaction and will address this issue promptly.
