Exide Industries — Exide is not replacing faulty battery under warranty period

I purchased Ecide car battery 3 months back.
Car battery is fully dead now.
When I called customer care they are delaying replacement of faulty battery.

Please help here ..

This is not yet resolved.. Technician came. He checked the battery and sent to service center to check what is the issue. He said it will be replaced/fixed and returned after Wednesday ( 3 days). He hasn't given a spare battery during this time. I am yet to receive new battery/ fixed battery

The battery is not replaced yet. I have been waiting for more than a week now. Technician javad informed it will given on Wednesday.. then he said it will be delayed till Friday. When I called exide customer care they are not sure when the battery will be replaced. Car is not used for more than 2 weeks now
