Exide Industries — Exide UPS Battery issues

Hi I bought exide UPS battery during 27 Jun 2019 (for INR 16000) exide 12v/150 AH tall tubular battery from SS tekhnologys velacheryand it has a warranty period of 5 years and recently the battery is not giving back ups. First complaint (08 Mar 2022)they told it was over charging hence asked me to replace the inverter. With their recommendation, i have bought an exide inverter for Rs 6900 on 13 mar 2022. After connecing the new inverter also the battery charge is not there. Hence again raised a complaint and they have visited and mentioned that the batterys hydro paramters are abnormal. So they told they cannot take it back and replace the battery. Now i have reached out to the dealer and he is also helpless.

Can you help in replacing the batteries, i have spent INR 22900 and it is not helping and i have a lot of respect on EXIDE, please help .

Exactly same case with me. They said high charging current and after replacing inverter they mentioned that Hydro parameters are high. I invested in a hydrometer and found that the battery parameters are normal and so is the charging current is Ok. contact me at [protected] [protected]@gmail.com to discuss more to solve this issue at Exide industries level. There is some scam going across in Exide Service.
