We had bought inverter setup in sept 2020 from an authorized Exide batteries dealer in Belgaum, Karnataka- 590016.

The inverter stopped working and we contacted the dealer. Dealer came and took the inverter setup saying he will get it back after repairing it.
It's been more than a month, we have not got it back yet.
The Dealers shop is closed all the time, if we call him, he does not answer the call.
We tried reaching exide customer care @[protected] multiple times, even that has not helped.
The only answer we get is we are trying to contact the dealer and some assurances which are not fulfilled like we will conclude this in 2 days and so on.
Until the issue gets resolved, I had at least asked to get an alternative arrangement as there are 3 people attending their office from (work from home). We have already faced a lot of inconvenience in failing to attend important meetings because of intermittent power outages.
The other inconveniences due to the power outage are not even mentioned here and it's been more than a month and we still don't know if this is even heading in the right direction.
Considering Exide/JK batteries brand reputation, this is an extremely disappointing experience for the customer and certainly hampering the company's name.
