I purchased car Battery model Mileage Red, 55D23L, serial No: A4B7A006975 4B72 on 26/6/2017.
Battery is under warranty 18+18.
I complaint for battery on 24/10/19, registered & promise to attended in 48 hours. No response only 3 SMS on 1/9/19 at 10:49 AM.
1st MESSAGE: "Hi RAJEEV GUPTA, Thank you for contacting Exide Care. We hope your complaint has been resolved. Pls provide us feedback via. SMS which you will receive shortly".
2nd MESSAGE: "If satisfied with the service provided for your recent complaint, give a missed call on [protected], if not, then give a missed call on [protected]"
3rd MESSAGE: after my missed call "While we are sorry to hear that you had poor experience, RAJEEV GUPTA, we thank you for providing feedback which will help us to improve our service"
Again I complaint on - 30.10.19. & 1.11.19. Again it felt on deaf years.
Till date no action has been taken from EXIDE..
I am shocked to such a response from a Exide.
