Exide Industries — two wheeler battery complaint

I purchased Exide's battery (12XL9B M6G8Q225877)on 10 September 2018 (bills are attached), which has been in place for a year and three months now and the battery has been replaced once (M6G9Q760970) ON 31.10.19, (bill is attached) but the replaced battery does not work at all. Can do it, due to which I am facing a lot of problems,
Therefore, you are requested to keep the problem in mind and replace the battery as soon as possible
