Please see few details for assessment of sequence for replacement of battery during warranty period.

During service of car, it was came in my knowledge that batteries cells are not giving showing proper gravity of liquid and required output voltage also not seen at the the terminal end. Accordingly complain was made through customer care no. with ticket no. 235703 on 06.11.2020. Accordingly message was came on my mobile that Mr. Prashant Tyagi shall attend the complaint on 10.11.2020, but they turned up on 11.11.2020 after checking of battery, it was taken to check at their workshop/office for proper investigation. On 13.11.2020, they returned back and fixed the battery into car. In their opinion battery is order & there is no problem in it. But very next day, battery was checked my by me and it is found half green & half white. Car was immediately sent to mechanic to proper checking the electrical system. After thorough checking of 2 to 3 day, mechanic confirmed for low gravity of liquid on cells for reason of discharging frequently. It was also observed for last some period.
Therefore it is requested to change the battery immediately for avoiding awkward positions during running of the vehicle.

Once again battery was found fully discharged conditions.
Kindly take appropriate action immediately as requested 20 days ago.
