No registration, no update, no refund

Paid 500000 lakhs towards the Nidhi project of Expat properties and the land was supposed to be registered in 2018. Till today no update from the company and the ph no I have does not work....

Sold property no updates

Expat property office has sold Project ID 361-IND-MH-MY4, Project name - Mystic, Hills IV, Location - Chive, Majare Jambhulpada, Maharashtra India, to me in Kuwait pn 2017 and they aren't updating on this property. Always they are giving false excuses.

Agri Land Registration pending for last 4 years

I have invested in Expat Projects & Development from 2013 to 2018, amount of 10 Lakhs to buy a Agriculture land of 1.25 Lakhs in Pune Saswad

The Land is not yet registered on my name yet though I had been trying to reach for last couple of years, offlate no reponse to phone call and emal as well

Appreciate if you can provide some guidance on this...

Expat Properties - Dakhane Project All installments paid still Project not handed over for more than 6 years

I have purchased 1 acre land in 2011 on installments of 5 years from Expat properties in project Ruchita-I (Dakhane). I gave all the installments on time. the plot was supposed to be handed over in 2016 its 2022 they have still not given the land.

They asked me to pay 60K for transaction on farm land which also I have given. But they stopped after responding.

I tried to reach their management umpteen times....

Still to receive my due since they could not handover the property purchased with the time frame and the place booked

Have invested in this company under the monthly instalment scheme for total 5 years after receiving the complete money the company did not get back to us regarding the procedure to handover our property, after multiple follow up and calls to the mumbai office we got to know that the land was not available with them only hence we lost hope of getting any land from them and asked for our money to be returned they agreed to return our money...

Invested on project nidih, bangalore

I had invested in the project Nidih, Banaglore. I had purchased 1500 sq.ft of land at Rs. 400 per sq. ft. Till now it is not transferred to my name. Whenever I try to contact the person here in Kuwait, he is not picking up the phone. There was an office in Kuwait where nobody sits there. His name was Nideesh Kuniyil.

If i can get atleast my money what I invested it would be fine. Due to the Corona, I had lost my job, which...

Expat Garv Registration

I am still awaiting registration / update on Expat Garv. They have closed their offices in Dubai and no responses on their published numbers in the website. Can anyone shed any light on what is happening with our hard earned money....

Wings Project at Mangaon , Maharashtra

Myself, Poonam Shah, has booked a plot of one acre on, one time partial adv, 60 months EMI and at possession again to pay one time amount, totalling to Rs 9 lakhs.

In month of Feb 2020, was contacted by Expat that they are starting registration process. Thereafter Covid-19 and than news in May - June 2020 that Expat has issues.

Pls either the registration maybe done or to get back the money paid to expat...

Harmony

Fraud on purchase of 2 land parcels of a acre each in Maharashtra
