They first sent me spectacles whose Blue cut coating came off on its own, so i asked for replacement they said they will first pick up the damage product but than the delivery person who came picked up the wrong package and now when I'm requesting them to send the wrong package back to me which is my personal item they are simply extending the date saying they have not received it but tracking of the package on Delhivery Courier website clearly says it has been delivered to their gurgaon warehouse but still eyemyeye customer care executive are denying they have received it please take necessary action against this company who are simply troubling their customers Was this information helpful? |
