TILL DATE 18.10.2014 NO REFUND IS GIVEN BY EZEECLOUD.
I have booked hotel with hotel NANDHINI Whitefield bangaluru ref no-NAW[protected].09.2014 on website and website link took me to ezeecloud, 564, 3rd Floor, Revanna's, HSR Layout, 2nd Sector, 27th Main Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102,[protected], [protected], [protected], support.[protected]@ezeecloud.com (mailto:support.[protected]@ezeecloud.com) page for transaction.I paid an amount Rs ₹ 9, 836.00 on 24.09.2014. I cancelled my booking on 26.09.2014 the transaction and for my surprise, nobody was picking up the call on given numbers. Nobody was responding the emails and the number from which i got a call regarding confirmation of booking, was switched off soon after the booking. I am sure these people are totally fraud and they have robbed me and eaten 9836/- for no cause. I will soon be lodging a police complaint against these people so that they will get proper legal treatment. Very disappointed with these cyber robbers.

As per the telephonic conversation you have acknowledge that the below booking is cancelled by the guest.Now, we are refunding the amount to guest after deducting our admin charges.Hence this booking is no more valid from ezeecloud.
