My name is shalini I was using fahalot app account. I collected Rs. 300/- in my wallet. when I was going to use this amount in bata showroom but I found My app does not open that time but when i call to customercare they told me that your account has been blocked by our company.
Reason behind that i open and used my account in 3 different mobile, and it is not allowed so your account get block.
But when I said that it was not inform by your customer care team nor alert and notification by your side. so it is not my fault. and unblock my account and refund my money.
