My registered fashalot id is [protected]@gmail.com and registered mobile number is [protected]..i did a transaction at puma store, south ex, delhi on[protected]..i was promised by fashalot that i will get rs500 cashback on this transaction if i upload the bill at fashalot which i did..but i got on rs100 cashback and when i called the customer care, they said that i have gotten lesser cashback due to their terms..When i asked that it is nowhere written in the terms, the lady said that they may have forgotten to write it and they will write it soon..And when i said that how is a customer supposed to know a term which is not written in T&Cs, she said that sorry we can't give you cashback..This is clear case of fraud..I did the shopping just because i was getting the cashback and now they are refusing to give me the cashback..please help me fighting against them Was this information helpful? |
