Fashalot App Complaints & Reviews

My name is shalini I was using fahalot app account. I collected Rs. 300/- in my wallet. when I was going to use this amount in bata showroom but I found My app does not open that time but when i call to customercare they told me that your account has been blocked by our company.

Reason behind that i open and used my account in 3 different mobile, and it is not allowed so your account get block.

But when I said...

My registered fashalot id is [protected]@gmail.com and registered mobile number is [protected]..i did a transaction at puma store, south ex, delhi on[protected]..i was promised by fashalot that i will get rs500 cashback on this transaction if i upload the bill at fashalot which i did..but i got on rs100 cashback and when i called the customer care, they said that i have gotten lesser cashback due to their terms..When i asked that it is nowhere...
