Have been trying to get resolution since november 2019 regarding cancellation/refund for my icici pru guaranteed wlth protector - lp which i regret purchasing from icici.
Due to some personal reasons i requested & explained my situation on emails/phone calls to grievance redressal team & even walked to nearest branch regarding surrender & refund for the policy as i had debts to clear.
But the bank his holding up my savings at the utmost cruicial time of need & seems to forget all about providing customer service.
I can provide the entire email trail, if it helps.

Kindly let me know when do i need to do to get my own savings from my own bank as i already took a loan because my bank didn't bother.

I have lost my trust in icici completely.

    Hi icici,
    I am having issues with fastag issued from icici. Below are the things:
    1. I have recharged my fastag on 5 dec 2019 with rs. 1000 but it's not reflected to my fastag account up to now and the amount has been deducted from my icici account
    2. I have tried to reach customer care by calling to provided both toll-free number[protected] and chargeable number:[protected] but even after several hours continuous...

    Hi there,

    Kindly note i've withdrawn 500rs from icici bank atm machine id sacwf947. This transaction was done from my hdfc atm card. Inspite of money deduction message i didn't receive money from it.

    Also atm machine shop owner had rude and careless behavior.

      I paid with my icici credit card and choosed emi option with merchant payment option.
      But i have been billed full amount instead of emi amount by icici. I complained about this many times and called icici 4 times this month. My request number is sr[protected].
      But nothing has been done till now from icici side. Need help urgently as due date of payment in 2 days.

        I have tried to withdrawn an amount of rs 8000 from icici bank but due to technical error atm was switched off and at same time balance is deducted from my account. I am having account with kotak bank, gurgaon branch and my account number is [protected]. I have reported such concern with kotak bank, icici bank as well as complaint filed with rbi but no one is responding. I am helpless and fighting for its own money. Both bank are harassing me and replied me that your amount has been bad debts and it will not be refunded you and replied me go where you want to go and filed the complaint against me.         icici bank has already taken too much time to response it is hardly requested to you kindly refund my money with interest as soon as possible. I sought compensation Rs 20000 from icici bank.

        icici is fraud bank and behaving like a dacoit. 7 month is passed but still my complaint is pending. I am helpless to recover my own money. it can happen only in India.

          It is a matter of concern that icici bank credit card dept is imposing heavy interest charges on my icici bank credit card. This is happening from last two year. I have a outstanding of 30k and am not able to pay it in one short but by default am paying the minimum amount suggested by icici bank every month before the due date, but now i am receiving messages from the bank that i need to pay 1800/- extra this month. I am really not understanding the funda and hence would like you to investigate the matter, i would also like to settle down the balance amount and close the card for ever. Please help

          No update or response from ICICI Bank on the complaint yet. I need to close and surrender the card.
          I have applied for fastag via online portal, paid the charges, received account number as 22267098 and was activated same day, still after around 1.5 months I am awaiting delivery of the Fastag.

            I ordered fastag on 3rd january and made the full payment of fastag keeping in mind that i am associated with airtel family.

            I was told it will be delivered with in 10 days despite requesting time to expedite and make it before 20 dec 2019 but it has not been delivered by today despite max request time was 10 days.

            Seeing the discomfort i asked for my reimbursement they have given me some answers which were not acceptable since if you committing anything it should be taken care of.

            From couple of months i have seen/noticed that airtel services are pathetic. They are investing in each area but not able to maintain it.

            What least i want is cancel my fastag and return all my money, i will purchase from any bank which they will give me in a day or so, rather like airtel switching statement 10 days to 14 days, if not delivered they can extend as per their flexibility

            Only request to refund all my money keep fastag with you.

            I have been debited wrongly with Rs. 70/- on 23rd Jan 2020 from my fastag account Transaction Id: [protected], Dt: 23-Jan-2020. How can the amount be debited from my fastag amount without vehicle movement at all. How did it get scanned. I want the amount to be refunded along with the justification for the wrong debit.

              I applied for icici fastag via internet banking and the payment got failed and rejected by icici fastag and cancelled. But still the money got debited from my savings account.

              It is not reversed even after 7 days, as called to icici fastag customer, they informed its a failed transaction and i have not subscribed for icici fastag also, so please check and revert back the payment back to the savings account.

                kyc taking time

                  credit card payment for settlement

                  I had a dispute for one of the transaction. I had filed the dispute for the same in the first week of march, 2019. So far no action has been taken. I have been getting calls from icici for the payment and to do settlement. On 16, jan 2020 i got a call from icici executive ajay (No.[protected]) and he told me over the phone that he got approval for the settlement at 18, 456 and once i make the payment, i will get the approval settlement letter...

                  I'm unable to use the convert to emi option in the app or the internet banking section of your website. The app shows a blank screen and the website returns an error. I do not have to be calling the customer care every time i need to convert a transaction to emi. This is poor service at your end. It is annoying having to go through the lengthy ivr for something that can be done in a matter of few clicks online. Even the callback option is trash, i never got a callback.
                  Please fix this, or i may consider surrendering my credit card and look for better customer-centered options out there.

                    Please check regarding my forth complaint against the fastag delivery of my car ch03-u-4005 in axis bank. What happened to the axis bank team axis bank not working properly on this matter. Please reply soon otherwise i am going to registered a legal complaint and also i am going to send that complaint copy to the rbi for harrasing the consumer and i am getting disturbed on the toll gates due to delay of fastag.                     Today during my onward journey toll collected rs60 at Chengalpattu toll station thro faststag by around 12.30pm but during my return journey which was after 3 hrs at same toll, they collected rs60. This is wrong. They should have need collect rs30. Find attached snap. I want my rs30 back.

                        I am using this account for 15 year and it was free, i was not informed about the changes and icici bank has never taken my consent to debit my account.

                        My account was debited without my consent so this is fraud. I was my money back quickly else i am going to raise further complain about this fraud activity.

                          This is the 5th complaint i am raising, the complaint for the same issue of ecs charges where, as i received my money in transaction for some important work the bank doesn't even text message me and on top of that the bank takes my money for ecs charges for month of may and gst charges for the months september, october and november where i had already closed the ecs from icici undri branch, this bank is a liar and a thief as i was promised previously by an adviser that i won't be charged again for ecs then what is this? And now again recently i had kept money for my emi the icici bank deducted the money for ecs charges without any reason and my emi bounced because of icici pathetic banking and again for it icici took the ecs bounce charges where it was their fault at first hand, if this is not resolved going to post a video on my channel for this fraud icici does.
                          I want my whole rs. 590+413 revised to my account.

                            I crossed the paranur toll gate, heading to vedanthangal, today noon by 11.46 hrs., and returned today evening itself at 18.39 hrs. To my shock i found that single trip toll was deducted in both trips and the return trip was not accounted. Toll collected was ₹60+60.
                            Iam holding hdfc fastag. My car no. Tn07bv3569.
                            Kindly do the needful for refund of excess toll collected to the valley please.

                              About 4 month ago, one icici bank credit card salesman comes to me and said that may have a credit card with two benefits like:
                              1. You will get 200 rs cashback on two movie tickets in a month.
                              2. You will get 2.5% cashback on hpcl petrol pump for filling up fuel.

                              But as today i have booked two movie tickets with this card but got no cashback and then i call customer care for the same, they said that my card does not have the movie offer. So please clarify this issue.

                                Sir, i have icici fastag. There are 2 complaints about wrong deduction of toll tax dated 28/12/2019 about inr 95 ref. No. Cmp[protected]and dated 30/12/2019about inr 70 ref. No. Cmp[protected] but after 20 days total inr 165 nither refunded nor resolved my both complaints. This is only a type of fraud pls resolve my both complaints and pls take action against icici bank.

                                  Its been 10 days, i got my user id for icici fastag. I have been trying to register it online by userid, which asks for otp sent on my registered mobile number. (I am not receiving any otp after several attempts).

                                  I checked all my details including userid and mobile number with customer care. Everything is proper. Yet customer care has no clue about how to fix this. Everytime they come up with some weird clueless answer.

                                  Out of frustration, i asked them to cancel my fastag and refund all money, and they said for that also you need to register and cancel it online. (Isn't it brilliant, if i am not getting otp) how do i login?

                                  how did you manage to write to ICICI email, as it is protected? i am also facing same issue. These guys are not even following basic professionalism, In the name of COVID, they are putting every customer detail are at risk by sending applications in in Whatsup at Bangalore Bommanahalli Fast tag sales counter. i am calling them from last 4 days no resolution on otp, and CUG recharge not credited to wallet, and asking for 7-8 working days and not at all working on Complaints(CMP[protected]).
                                  Terrible experience with the registration OTP on ICICI. Same problem. I cannot register because the OTP just doesn't come.
